Microsoft Security Essentials
Microsofts free anti-virus program.
To go to their webpage and download the software click on the link above.
Click on the blue 'Download Now' button
then choose your language and Operating system
then click on 'Save File' button to download to your computer
AVG
The most recent version of AVG is AVG 2011, and it's still free.
If you are running an older version you should get the new one as soon as possible
as it will no longer be getting the updates necessary to protect your system.

Click on the 2nd or 3rd 'AVG for Windows' link to download directly from AVG's site.
MalwareBytes AntiMalware
The most recent version of MalwareBytes is 1.50.1, also still free.
You should get the new version as soon as possible to ensure optimum spyware cleanup.
Click on the blue 'Download Free Version' (left hand side of screen).
SPYBOT Search and Destroy
The most recent version of SPYBOT is vers. 1.62, again, it's still free.

Scroll down to 'Download' section, click on blue box with white arrow
(right hand sign of screen) next to 'Spybot - Search & Destroy'
